Return Terms:
As long as the product is in perfect original condition, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you received it. Perfect condition includes its original packaging.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

How do I request the return of the products?
As there are different types of returns, it is best that you contact us by email, at the email address ventas@plantasartificialesdecoracion.com and we will help you with the entire process.
How and when will I receive my money back?
Once we have received the products you want to return, we will make the refund to the same payment method that you used to pay for your order and we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days from when we receive the product. However, depending on your bank, the processing time may be longer.
Is it possible to return part of the products in my order?
Unfortunately not. For logistical reasons, we cannot accept partial returns of an order.
Steps to return products with errors:
Step 1. Contact the After Sales team:
Send us an email to orders@plantasartificialesdecoracion.com, telling us what happened. We always need you to send us photos to verify the error, but it would also be great if you could tell us.
Order number.
Explanation of the defects you have found.
Step 2. Prepare the package for pickup:
We are in charge of picking up defective products with transportation at our expense. We need the package to be packaged and well closed in its original packaging.
Step 3. We process your return and credit:
Once we have received the products and have verified that the defect exists, we will proceed to replace the defective products (as long as there is stock of that product) or make the payment for the defective units, according to the assessment of each case. We will remain in contact with you at all times.
